Balloon Rosary
Tuesday, October 24, 2023
In commemoration of the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary on October 7th, the ADMA-Y Facilitators led the confirmation classes in a special and creative celebration of the feast day. The facilitators requested to engage the students in a unique way by having them pray the rosary while creating a balloon rosary. Each student was given a set of rosary beads and a balloon, with enough balloons provided to complete and create an entire balloon rosary.
As the students prayed the rosary, they also worked together to create the beautiful balloon rosary, combining prayer and creativity in a meaningful and interactive way. This activity not only helped deepen the students' connection to the rosary and its significance but also provided an opportunity to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary in a memorable and engaging way. The event allowed the students to experience prayer in a new format while fostering a sense of community and reverence for the Virgin Mary.
